Eleventh Hour Brewing Co. wanted to celebrate their first anniversary by brewing a limited edition bourbon barrel-aged stout. The result is a rich and sturdy brew worthy of special occasions. Fortunately, the brewery didn’t stop there — holding back a portion to age for a further year in both bourbon and wine barrels.
